Terms
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms cover your use of edfluencer.co and our creator waitlist. When paid projects open, each one will come with its own agreement covering the work, the pay, and usage rights.
Applying
Applying puts you on our waitlist. It doesn't guarantee work, and you're never obligated to take a project. You must be 18 or older, and the information you give us should be accurate, though you're welcome to use a pen name.
Your employer's rules
If you work for a school or district, you're responsible for following its policies on outside work and endorsements. We'll offer guidance to help you check, but that guidance isn't legal advice.
Honest content
Content you create through Edfluencer must reflect your real opinions and experience, and sponsored content must be labeled as sponsored. We follow the Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements and reviews: pay never depends on whether a review is positive.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
The site
We provide this site as is, and we may change or discontinue it. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of it. These terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas.
